? Is there parking at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?

Self-parking is available at Loews Ventana Canyon and is included in the daily resort fee. Valet parking is available for $25 including tax per day.


? What time is check-in and check-out at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

? Is there an airport shuttle to Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?

No. We do not offer airport transportation. TUS International Airport is roughly 40 minutes away. Taxi and rideshare services are available at the airport as well as car rental options.


? What is the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort cancellation policy?

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Ventana Canyon Resort has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. Cancellation policy subject to change. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.


? Are pets allowed at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?

Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $100 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive their own gifts including bowls and a special treat. Please check our Loews Loves Pets page for more info regarding pet amenities and policies or contact us directly.
