NCUA Deputy Chief of Staff. Nate Kreoger serves as the NCUA Deputy Chief of Staff. He joined the agency in April 2025, bringing more than 16 years of experience in federal operations, business strategy, and organizational leadership. Before joining the NCUA, Mr. Kreoger was the Chief Operating Officer of RP, an 8(a) SDVOSB specializing in enterprise information technology and financial and disaster recovery support services. He led the company’s transformation by modernizing systems, scaling operations, and aligning executive leadership to improve performance and build enterprise value.
